Addressing the skills shortage
With 43,000 nursing vacancies across the UK, and an expected shortage of 250,000 care workers by 2030, a change is needed.
Our mission is to work with partner employers to address specific recruitment and skills gaps within the healthcare market, that will directly target real time needs within each employment setting.
Driving quality improvement
There is currently on over reliance on agency workers who lack specialist skills, we are re-inventing the rule book!
With a direct focus on improving the level of skills and training delivered to each worker, we will work with individual partner employers to improve quality and skills standards of both new and existing staff within the workplace.
We will be creating a more specialisit and skilled workforce to meet the increasingly specialist demands of the sector.
Refocusing the workforce ethos
A transient workforce cost money. We recruit career-focused, motivated candidates whose goals align with your requirements.
Our workforce will operate with professional development and long-term goals in mind, meaning that retention will improve and also that the career pathways made available will ensure that employees’ will remain within a single place of work, wherever possible.
The outcome is improved retention, increased quality of skills and service as well as significant cost savings for partner employers.
Building a community
We’re building a community of heroes by providing resources, networking and career opportunities to healthcare workers.
By building a community of likeminded, quality focused individuals, we will be able to share experiences and learn from current market requirements to ensure that our workers are fully supported all of the way through their development journey, both with ourselves and our partner employers.
The hourly fee we charge you for each worker covers all industry-related training, professional qualifications and employment costs, including PAYE, Working Time Regulations and pension contributions.
As well as completing all mandatory training and required updates, candidates gain a relevant professional qualification up to a graduate level.
This is the most cost-effective solution in the market to recruit your own staffing team, with full employment and professional training all being delivered by one provider.
